Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and bookings made through Relation Group, including plot registration assistance, site visits, and related services.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only applicable for services not rendered by Relation Group.

• Once a plot booking or registration process is completed with the developer, refunds are not possible.

3. Cancellation Process

• To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at 7808200627 or info@relationgroup.co.in.

• All cancellation requests must include booking details (name, contact number, and service requested).

4. Refund Timeline

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days after approval.

• Refunds will be made via the same mode of payment used during booking, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Any fees paid directly to third-party developers or service providers are non-refundable.

• Administrative, legal, or registration charges already incurred are non-refundable.
